Buying a home can be very stressful. It can be fun too.
I love trying to figure out what neighborhood and type of home would fit the buyer I am working with. Sometimes I try to give too much advise, but It can be like a puzzle and trying to put all the pieces together. Most of the time I seem to do a pretty good job of fitting the different type of houses with the right buyer. I hope that my abilities just keep getting better and the number of buyers I work with will keep increasing also. I love looking for the right house for the people I work with. So even though it can be stressful... what joy occurs when the right houses start showing up on the lists for sale.
